2 oz Seedlip Garden 108

1/2 oz simple syrup

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

add all to shaker with ice and strain into glass, top with seltzer, garnish with mint 

 

Cardamom Ginger Spice cocktail

2 oz Seedlip Spice 94

3/4 oz Hibiscus Cardamom syrup (by Portland Syrups)

Put ingredients in highball glass with ice

top with strong ginger beer
